Have you ever tried Artic Zero ice cream? If you haven’t you totally should! Artic Zero is a company that makes a variety of delicious frozen deserts that are actually good for you. Each pint of their ice cream contains only 150 calories and is fat free. Their ice cream contains only natural or organic ingredients. It is gluten free, suitable for lactose intolerants and people with type 2 diabetes. Their ice cream is also loaded with fiber and whey protein which helps you stay fuller longer. Artic Zero comes in eight delicious flavors: chocolate, chocolate peanut butter, coffee, cookies and cream, mint chocolate cookie, strawberry, vanilla maple, and seasonal flavors such as pumpkin spice. They also have a line of frozen dessert bars that are only 85 calories per bar. These come in chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and orange cream flavors.
I love the ice cream from Artic Zero. Before I tried it I was expecting it to be lacking in flavor because it is so low in fat and calories. I soon found that this wasn’t the case at all. My favorite flavors were strawberry, vanilla maple, and their pumpkin spice. I loved the fact that I could sit there and eat the whole pint of ice cream if I wanted to and not feel guilty afterwards. I don’t think I have even had a pint of ice cream that was only 150 calories and contained no fat. I love it! I also love, love, love their ice cream bars. My favorite was their orange cream flavor. The strawberry chocolate bar was a close second.
